Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FacetLab. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FacetLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of the Service
FacetLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) resell or redistribute generated images as standalone AI-generation templates; (d) use automated scripts to mass-generate images beyond your purchased token allocation.
3. Tokens and Payments
Tokens are the in-app currency used to generate images. Each image generation deducts 10 tokens from your balance. Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or unless otherwise required by law. Unused tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active. FacetLab reserves the right to adjust token pricing with 14 days' notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Images generated through FacetLab using your prompts and uploaded reference images are owned by you. You grant FacetLab a limited license to process and store your uploads solely to deliver the Service. We do not use customer-uploaded content or generated outputs to train or fine-tune our AI models.
5. User Content
You are responsible for all content you upload to FacetLab. You represent that you have the rights to any reference images you upload. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, contains personal data of others without consent, or violates any applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
FacetLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacetLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits or data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service for prohibited purposes. Upon termination, unused tokens will not be refunded except where required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
