We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment details when you create an account or purchase tokens. We also collect usage data such as prompts submitted, images generated, and session activity — used solely to deliver and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments; (c) send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts); (d) improve and develop new features. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Uploaded Images and Prompts
Reference images you upload are stored temporarily to process your generation request and are not used to train AI models. Generated images are associated with your account and stored in your generation history. You may delete your history at any time from your profile page.
4. Cookies and Tracking
FacetLab uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate usage statistics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes, retained for 7 years).
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate FacetLab: Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), AWS S3 (image storage), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and security standards.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), Firebase authentication with JWT tokens, and server-side validation on all API routes. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request a copy of your data or account deletion, contact us at Alyrajewels.store@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
FacetLab is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the app. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
